On Saturday we drove out to Rockland to visit Brooke's grave site. It was a nice drive out there and Hallie did wonderfully in the car. Rockland has a such a beautiful cemetary, it is at the top of the hill and has a gorgeuos view of the small town and the mountains surrounding it. It was a peaceful morning and it was nice to be able to think about Brooke. I am grateful for the gospel in our lives. I know that we have an eternal family and that we will be with our daughter again. Loosing Brooke was difficult but from that experience I have learned and grown tremendously. Berret and I are honored to be the parents of such a perfect girl.
Hallie's middle name comes from Berret's great great grandma Amorett Fifield.

Hallie getting some time to stretch out before we started driving again.

On the way back from Rockland we went to the Costco in Pocatello and stocked up on a few things. Hallie did so AMAZING the whole trip. She spent over 4 hours total in the car while we were driving and did great in Costco.
Today we got to go to Warren and Allison's for a BBQ. We had lots of yummy food, played badminton (we all need practice), and enjoyed the babies.
Hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day Weekend, we sure did.

What a beautiful trip. It looks like a beautiful day and the family looks great. The additional family history in the post really make your trip more interesting. Beautiful pictures, looks like a stupendous day, and family memories. Great time -- thank you for sharing.
Pretty sure I bawled my eyes out just now. I love you guys, you are just awesome.
I am so glad that you guys were able to go again this year and to take Hallie. We really feel honored that we were able to meet little Brooke. That experience and your strength made such an impact on our lives.
Hi Berret and Tonya,
Thank you for sharing your trip to Rockland. It was neat to finally get to see my Mom headstone and the pinwheels that Warren made.
It is so great know that we will all be together again as a family.
Much love to you and your family.
That is if we endure to the end.
