Hallie can finally have real pigtails! The real triumphant part though is she never had a mullet to get the pigtails. Lots of little girls can have pigtails way sooner but they usually have the mullet to do so. I know myself and I am not dedicated enough to fix up Hallie’s hair every morning and after ever nap. We opted to get Hallie regular haircuts to keep the mullet in check while the rest of her hair caught up with the back. How does Hallie feel about the pigtails? She thinks they are cute and is very proud of them once they are in. I think she also likes that it keeps the hair out of her face, especially at the park on a windy day. Getting the pigtails in though is another story, she HATES that part.
These pictures were taken a few days before Easter. The weather here has been crazy. It can be sunny one day and snowy the next. Even though it was a little chilly that day we took advantage of the sun. Hallie was so excited to play she try to rush Ashlynne along after her nap. Hallie even tried to help me get Ashlynne’s shoes and everything on. Then we had some fun outside.
Hallie would go down the slide while Ashlynne watched. They would both laugh when Hallie got to the bottom.

I love her pigtails -- I liked her bear ears when she wore those -- your daughter looks good all the time!!!
Hallie has such cute expressions, she loves to play to the camera, and she is so active!!! So nice to see! Even trying to help get her friend along to get ready to go out!
