One evening early last week after a nap we found Hallie like this in her crib. She learned to pull herself up. We lowered her mattress that night.
She still pulls herself up but at least she isn't in danger of climbing over the railing.
She likes to pick out her own toys somtimes.
She now enjoys trying out new foods. She eats the best though when I let her get messy. She gets frustrated if i try to keep her fingers away from her mouth or wipe her mouth too much. She enoys eating this way and will last longer with the whole feeding process.
Last Saturday we went to the farmers market and it was a ton of fun. It was small but a good size for us and we got to try out some new things. After the market we explored a bit in down town and went out to eat.
There is a carton of raspberries on the stroller and we ate them all before we even made it to the restraunt.
When we got home that Saturday we went to the pool. There was hardly anyone there and Hallie had a ton of fun.
Hallie loves playing in the water but gets a bit tired of us holding her constantly so we got her this awesome starfish float. Now we can hold and play with her and when she needs some space, put her in this float which even gives her shade.

Better watch out -- when Michael was able to float like that he soon was going off by himself and we had to chase him down allover her pool -- we had to put a leash on him -- he just laughed at us. We were not able to be in pools like that when we had the rest of you but you all learned how to swim and had fun. It is well worth the trouble to have a child that can swim.
