After we were in our room for a bit and had some time to rest Hallie came to meet her new brother.
Hallie has been doing good with Lincoln. She has had lots of attention though. The first week home with Lincoln she got to go out with Nana everywhere and she really liked that. This week Berret has been on paternity leave so Hallie has had lots of good bapa time and went on special outings with him. I guess we’ll see later how she handles having a new brother when she is stuck more with me and has to share the attention. Right now she is so sweet to him. Hallie gets really excited whenever we offer to let her hold him. When Lincoln cries Hallie tries to comfort him by giving him toys, blankets, and kisses. She is always saying how cute he is and loves when he is awake. I just hope it continues.

What a special time and Halie seems to be handling it well -- she looks o cute holting Lincoln and her helping is great. You really can not ask for more right now.

So glad to hear Hal is doing so great with her new brother! You guys are such amazing parents;) She is huge by the way! It's weird seeing her next to Lincoln, a brand new baby. I can't believe how fast she's grown!
