As I mentioned in the my book store post we had Scott and Erica over for an Irish feast. We had corned beef and cabbage, boxty, spinach salad, and then some Thomas Kemper. We stuffed ourselves and then watched a movie which I think only the guys stayed awake for.
Our boxty was green because I blended up a ton of spinach in the milk I used for the mashed potato part of the recipe. On the right Hallie was brushing Erica’s pretty long hair that she recently got done by the amazing Liz.
