where am i supposed to put the laundry?

This first picture was taken Thursday morning so Hallie could send it to Bapa on the phone.  She said cheese and everything for it.  Berret sent a picture back for her and she just loved it.  Hallie loves her dad and really misses playing with him during the day.

 

Hallie is on her fifth day of being sick.  On Thursday morning Hallie had a bunch of energy and played like crazy all morning and early afternoon.  I thought she was just recovering fast, man was I wrong.  Later in the day she was super tired even after her nap.  She fell asleep in the basket before dinner time and didn’t want to get up.  She went to bed super early that night.

 

Friday was AWFUL.  All day she was tired, grouchy, coughing, snotty, refusing food, and the whole shabang.  That day we were planning on carpooling with some friends to Costco.  Hallie was too sick to go though and just Berret went to pick up all the stuff we needed.  Not going to Costco was super disappointing because I wanted to get out of the house.  Hallie woke up from her nap with a fever and was miserable.  I hate seeing her so uncomfortable.

  

Then there is Saturday and now Sunday.  I think since having her fever Friday she has been on the road to getting better.  She is still grouchy as can be but I can’t blame her.  There is a bit less coughing and a little bit more eating.  I’m sure there is a few more days left of her being off though.  It has been a long time since Hallie has been this sick.  Having a sick toddler is quite a bit different than having a sick baby.  Hallie now is too stubborn to do the things that will help her get better faster.  Anyways enough of my complaining.  This picture to the side was taken yesterday.  Berret found this small RC car and Hallie just loved watching it go all around her little toes.
